Manchester United star Ryan Giggs has hailed Sir Alex Ferguson as the club's greatest-ever manager and believes there is more to come from the Scot.

Ferguson celebrates 20 trophy-laden years at Old Trafford on Monday and Giggs believes the former Aberdeen manager is the best in the business.

Giggs, who is currently United's longest serving player, believes Ferguson's fire still burns brightly and he is confident he can build a new dynasty at Old Trafford.

"I think Sir Alex will be remembered as United's greatest-ever manager because he has won so much," said Giggs.

"What Sir Matt Busby did for Manchester United will never be forgotten, but the titles Sir Alex has won put him out there on his own."

"Since he won that first Premiership in 1993 he's brought a huge amount of success to the club.

"The way he has dominated English football is unbelievable - and I believe there is more to come.

"When people look back at players, it perhaps takes years to realise just how good they were and it will be the same with Sir Alex."

Giggs believes the club's future is in good hands thanks to Ferguson's planning.

"The manager is making sure the foundations are in place so that players like Wayne (Rooney) and Cristiano (Ronaldo) can be the best in the world a few years down the line.

"That's the way he works and that's why I think he'll be around for a few more years yet.

"His hunger is still there. He believes in this team, he's excited by the talent at the club at the moment and he wants to see how far we can go.

"Four years ago I thought he was going to retire, because that's what he said he was going to do, but it didn't surprise me when he changed his mind.

"I think he knew he was going to miss it and decided he wasn't ready."

Sir Alex is definatley one in a million, he will never be replaced by anyone as good as him
